Attorney Profile

Lead Attorney Charlene Bu has over twenty years of legal experience across China and the United States in corporate, business, and immigration matters. Since 2004, her practice has focused on U.S. immigration law, covering employment-based immigration, nonimmigrant work visas, family-based immigration, and immigration litigation.

Attorney Bu is admitted in California and New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She earned an LL.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law and another law master's degree from Zhejiang University Law School, and she provides bilingual English-Chinese legal support.
